CURRENT OPENINGS

SYSTEM SALES POSITION [Morrisville/RTP (Raleigh NC), Charlotte NC]

AV Presentation and Professional Video Systems salesperson needed. Applicant must have a technical aptitude and have formal sales training or experience selling technical products and solutions. Experience selling or marketing audio-visual presentation systems or videoconferencing systems is a plus. Sales experience in related technical fields acceptable such as telecommunications, structured cabling, office equipment, computer systems, phone systems. Looking for a motivated self-starter with strong sales skills and the proper attitude to succeed at corporate sales opportunities.

COMPUTER BASED VIDEO EDITING SYSTEM SUPPORT
[Charlotte NC]

 

ClarkPowell is looking for team player with quality skills for our service department to support Avid, Apple, Windows and shared storage video solutions.


The job qualifications are as follows:
  • Experience supporting computer networking systems in a video, broadcast or education setting
  • Experience with current line of Avid or Apple non-linear products including configuration, installation, and troubleshooting a plus
  • Experience installing, maintaining or supporting IT based video networks preferred
  • Experience editing video or interest in video editing a plus
  • Mac and/or PC qualified. Apple Certification and Avid ACSR credentials a plus. Unity qualified, legacy Avid experience, and Avid/Apple editing skills a plus
  • Experience in site surveys and shared storage workflow

ClarkPowell provides training. Regional travel is required. Position requires valid driver's license.

SYSTEM INSTALLER [Raleigh NC, Charlotte NC]

 

ClarkPowell is looking for an installer with the right attitude and willingness to learn. Must have a professional manner and good communication skills.


The job qualifications are as follows:
  • Basic understanding of audio/visual electronics
  • Ability to read blueprints a plus
  • Comfortable using basic hand tools. Will be trained to cable, lace, solder and crimp to ClarkPowell's standards
  • Requires working at heights, in small spaces and heavy lifting

This position requires regional travel mainly in North and South Carolina (must have valid NC or SC driver’s license).
