As in years past, we will play a four man captain's choice, strictly-fun event with a 2:00 pm shotgun start. The fee to participate is $160 and includes golf for two (yourself and client or CP team member), cart, range balls, on-course beverages and more. There are rental clubs available and you will need to contact the course to reserve your set.

Show Setup

During setup, the entire ClarkPowell team will be available on the show floor for impromptu meetings and product demonstrations. For information regarding shipping and storage to the Embassy Suites please contact the hotel directly at       (919) 677-1840.

Sales Meeting – Throughout the setup day the members of ClarkPowell sales team will meet with vendors for 25 minute information sharing blocks. This is your opportunity to tell your story and have the complete attention of the people that move your products. There is a problem though... there simply isn’t enough time to meet with each of the 50 or so vendors that are attending the show. The schedule allows for twelve meetings so how do we prioritize:

  • Show sponsors get first priority
  • Seminar Presenters

During the show all of our team will be on the floor with clients and touring the booths. The goal is to ensure every ClarkPowell staff member visits every booth. Of course, golfing and the Tuesday dinner are also excellent networking opportunities.

Seminars

We are staggering the starting times of the seminars, as we have done in the past. This means guests will have much more time to spend on the floor visiting your booths. We are planning to offer 10 seminars but guests of the show will be limited to two or three seminars at the most. Show attendees can select one or two seminars from the morning sessions and one from the afternoon sessions. This leaves a minimum of three hours for attendees to be on the show floor. You are strongly encouraged to submit presentation topics for seminars as quickly as possible. Seminars are one of the most significant features of ClarkPowell’s FUSION event, and audience sizes can range from 40 to 100+. Having the topics early allows us to promote the seminars and build attendance for the show. Each seminar should be roughly 55 minutes in length, including time for Q&A’s. Seminars may be  product specific, but make it interesting. There is no fee to present a solution specific seminar.
