ClarkPowell was selected as the design-build AV partner to create an audiovisual technology plan tailored to the Center’s unique needs. Working closely with the Senior Services team and the architect, we developed an AV over IP solution that emphasized flexibility, inclusivity, and scalability across the entire center.
The Center needed more than just audio and video, it required tools that could bring people together across generations and different locations. From cooking classes to theater productions, from wellness programs to Zoom-enabled meetings, every space had to be versatile, engaging, and easy to share across the building in real time.

A teaching kitchen outfitted with two wall-mounted cameras and one overhead camera to capture preparation and cooking demonstrations. These classes are streamed live to residents throughout the building, ensuring everyone can participate—even from their rooms or secure areas. - Williams Centre Memory Care Unit:
This secure, closed unit now receives programming seamlessly, allowing residents to be included in activities and experiences that might otherwise be inaccessible. - Multipurpose Performance & Recreation Space:
Outfitted with a stage, theatrical lighting, professional audio, and a multi-camera production system, this room supports theater performances, fitness classes, and even transforms into an indoor pickleball court. A WiFi-based assisted listening system ensures accessibility for those with hearing challenges. - Classrooms & Conference Rooms:
Multiple AV-enabled classrooms and meeting rooms with microphones and cameras designed for Zoom conferencing make it easy to host virtual meetings, training sessions, and collaborative events.
