While you are planning your exhibit, please remember the following;
Booth equipment included with your rental fee: 8' back drape and 3' side dividers: Black One 6' skirted table: Black
Two folding chairs, One wastebasket, 7" x 44" Booth Identification Sign. A 15Amp power drop with power strip will be provided.

Important Information
Wednesday, August 9, 2023: Shipments will begin to be accepted at our advance warehouse
Tuesday, August 29, 2023: Deadline for shipments sent to our advance warehouse
Wednesday, August 23, 2023: Deadline to receive 20% discount for prepayment order
August 24 - September 20, 2023: Standard rates apply to all orders received
Tuesday, September 19, 2023:
11:00 am - Exhibitors allowed in the Exhibit Hall.
11:00 am to 5:00 pm - Shipments will be accepted at the Exhibit Hall.
11:00 am to 5:00 pm - Exhibitor Move-In.
Wednesday, September 20, 2023:
8:00 am - Exhibitors allowed into the Exhibit Hall.
9:00 am to 3:00 pm - Show Open.
12:00 pm to 2:00 pm - Outbound shipping arrangements should be confirmed.
3:00 pm - Exhibitor Move-Out.
3:00 pm to 5:00 pm - Dismantle Labor can be scheduled.
4:30 pm - Outbound shipments will be loaded on preferred carriers.
4:31 pm - Freight will be forced on Show Carrier (If preferred has yet to arrive).
5:00 pm - Exhibit Hall must be cleared.
All outbound shipments must be picked up by 4:30pm and have a BOL for the driver or they will return to warehouse with SES and charges will apply.
No shipments will be allowed to stay at hotel past 4:30pm on 9/20. Please make arrangements with your carrier or SES to accommodate this timeline.
Please submit orders at your earliest convenience as preplanning is critical to our mutual success.
