Mary Alice Warren Community Center
ClarkPowell has partnered for many years with the town of Lewisville and was chosen for the AV system design and integration of this new center. The Mary Alice Warren Community Center was a design-build project offering the opportunity for ClarkPowell to collaborate with the architectural firm and the general contractor from the concept stage of the project.
The 12,000 square-foot center includes a multi-purpose conference room that can accommodate approximately 240 people or be divided into three smaller conference rooms. Each of the three spaces can present content individually or share with all of the other areas. The room offers a versatile space that is suitable for small, medium or large meetings, events or receptions with the capability for meal set up or it can be configured as a classroom.
The building includes an activity room with display and microphones for classes, a conference room that is a rentable space for conferences, presentations and meetings, a large atrium area with a fireplace featuring pendant speakers and an outside covered event porch with an outdoor fireplace facing the wooded landscape. In addition, the new facility includes a large covered patio designed for outdoor events.

The distributed audio system installed throughout the facility has various sources available to different zones including the back deck.
All of the rooms at the new community center are equipped with large LED video screens featuring a high quality drop-down screen and projector in the larger multi-purpose room. The AV system includes Sony projectors & PTZ cameras, a Biamp audio system and digital signal processor (DSP) and a Creston control system. The entire facility is available to rent for corporate retreats.
