We have all been impacted by the recent issues with the supply chain and price inflation. ClarkPowell has had challenges trying to keep up with demand during these times.
As you probably know, our AV solutions typically require many parts and pieces that are often sourced from several different manufacturers. Supply chain issues have increased lead times for a lot of the equipment we recommend. Often, missing one item can keep us from being able to deliver the system we’ve designed for you. We continually look for new ways to speed up the process to meet our clients’ deadlines, like exchanging what we initially suggested to another reliable product or finding ways to provide certain functionality now and everything else when the rest of the gear is available. So, to all our clients, thank you for your continued patience with the challenges we’re all facing.
