Customer service is a strong part of their focus as a team.  From account management to their billing department, and all the moving pieces in between, the company as a whole was very easy to work with. 

I am extremely happy with the outcome of this project.  While this was our first time working with ClarkPowell, I know it will not be our last.  From their talented installers to their very capable design engineer (Steve Woodard) and project manager (Ryan Inkrott), never did we feel disconnected from any aspect of this project. 

I also want to give kudos to their service and support guys. We had a few issues post-installation with some of our products and they were fantastic at tracking the issues down and helping resolve them with the manufacturer!  They came back week after week until things were right, and I admire that!
